David is a Partner in the firm's Litigation and Employment Law teams. He acts for Pursuers of personal injury claims in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session. He has a wide range of experience in personal injury actions from road traffic accidents to accidents at work and industrial disease claims.

Mandy is a highly regarded corporate finance and banking lawyer. She leads the Corporate team, and handles a wide range of banking, corporate, structured and project finance work. She has amassed excellent quality experience in a wide range of corporate finance and commercial transactions with a particular emphasis on high profile acquisitions, disposals and private equity investments throughout the UK. She also regularly advises clients in the financial services sector on regulatory and compliance issues.
Mandy enjoyed a successful secondment to the European legal team of an International banking institution. This experience enables her to provide innovative debt solutions from both a borrowers and lenders perspective. She is known for drawing the complexities of even the largest deals to a successful conclusion.
Gordon is a highly regarded,experienced and dedicated Lawyer. He specialises in personal injury claims of all types, including claims arising out of accidents (at work, in public places and in vehicles) and from the contraction of asbestos-related diseases, industrial deafness, Vibration White Finger and other occupational diseases.
He has also acted for clients in a wide range of commercial and consumer litigations, such as commercial lease disputes, liquidations and obtaining interdicts. He also oversees the firm's successful debt recovery department.
Gordon has considerable experience and expertise in Employment Law and regularly conducts employment tribunals for clients. He also advises trade unions officials and members on employment and trade union law.
Gordon is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist in personal injury law and is a Senior Litigator member of the UK Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Joyce joined the firm in 1988 and is head of the Private Client Unit. She is involved in the residential housing market within the Firm including purchases, sales, remortgages and residential leases.
Joyce also deals with a broad range of private client work including wills and executries, inheritance tax and tax planning, as well as issues relating to incapacity and the elderly.
Head of Commercial Property
Forbes has 30 years experience in the Commercial Property Leasing and Banking having been a Partner in McGrigor Donald and thereafter a main Board Director in a Development Company.
He was and remains involved in Development work which includes not only Sheltered Housing Schemes but also McDonalds, KFC, B&Q and Halfords. He is also involved in differing variety of agreements in relation to Distribution Licenses and Options.
He has had the benefit through experience of being a main Board Director in a Development Company in ascertaining the requirements of the client and consider this fully with the legal aspects of the transaction. This enables commercial decisions to be taken to ensure that transactions proceed where they are of benefit to all concerned.
He has recently been involved in a number of Pension Company transactions and also the sale of a large Sporting Estate in Scotland which included consideration of the various rights and obligations in connection with forestry land, small holdings and single farm subsidies.
