David J. McElroy - Partner, Litigation and Employment Law

David is a Partner in the firm's Litigation and Employment Law teams. He acts for Pursuers of personal injury claims in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session. He has a wide range of experience in personal injury actions from road traffic accidents to accidents at work and industrial disease claims.

As well as personal injury litigation David also acts for the firm's commercial clients in a wide range of commercial litigation.

David also regularly represents both claimants and respondents in Employment Tribunals.
