Mandy is a highly regarded corporate finance and banking lawyer. She leads the Corporate team, and handles a wide range of banking, corporate, structured and project finance work. She has amassed excellent quality experience in a wide range of corporate finance and commercial transactions with a particular emphasis on high profile acquisitions, disposals and private equity investments throughout the UK. She also regularly advises clients in the financial services sector on regulatory and compliance issues.

Mandy enjoyed a successful secondment to the European legal team of an International banking institution. This experience enables her to provide innovative debt solutions from both a borrowers and lenders perspective.
