Property Manager

Our estate agency department is headed up by our manager Samantha Breckenridge. Prior to becoming our GSPC Property Manager she worked for a letting agency for 3 years. Given her background knowledge on buy-to-let property, she has now started up GSPC within Dallas McMillan and has been successfully running it since spring 2007. Samantha deals with all aspects of our estate agency department including negotiating package deals with prospective purchasers, arranging free valuations, registering properties on the GSPC website, placing adverts in the GSPC guide, drafting schedules, arranging viewings/conducting viewings, negotiating offers and closing dates.
