The most recent Royal Institute Chartered Surveyors Residential Market Survey has suggested that Brexit is playing a role in “subdued market activity”.
RICS noted that almost 50% of respondents stated that Brexit was having an impact on the housing market. However, RICS has also found that there has been "solid price growth" in Scotland.
