Developer Drum Property Group has announced plans for the new G3 Square development on Minerva Street, Finnieston, which will feature a selection of apartments and penthouses set within a landscaped outdoor space.

Located just a four-minute walk from the Exhibition Centre railway station, the development is one of the best-connected in Glasgow, giving easy access to the Central Belt while being able to get on the M8 within five minutes.

Due to be completed by 2020, the development will rise six and seven storeys and hold 108 apartments. There will also be car parking and lift access to all levels.

The architecture of the building is expected to mirror the height and feel of close by traditional sandstone work, while the outdoor space for residents to relax in will frame both sides of the south block and flow through the centre.

The building will be comprised of one, two and three bedroom apartments, including three penthouses, and will start from a price range of £159,995.

Each apartment is said to include modern interiors with stylish specifications such as bespoke kitchens from Kitchens International in addition to premium furnishing and appliances from Leicht and Siemens.

Communications director at Drum Property Group, Fife Hyland, said:

“In recent years, Finnieston has been transformed by the arrival of new restaurants, shops, bars and gyms, cementing its positions as one of the best places to live in the UK.

G3 Square will appeal to first time buyers, young professionals, downsizers and investors seeking high-quality homes in an exciting and well-connected urban area.”
