David is Head of Employment Law and Commercial Litigation. He is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Employment Law.

David advises both employers and employees on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements, whistleblowing, unlawful deduction of wages and breach of contract claims.

He regularly appears at Employment Tribunals in both Scotland and England as well as the Employment Appeal Tribunal in Edinburgh.

David also acts for pursuers and defenders in commercial litigation actions and advises clients at all stages of their claim, from pre-litigation to appearing throughout Scotland in the Sheriff Court.
