David is the firm’s Managing Partner and Head of Personal Injury & Casualty. He is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

David acts for Pursuers of personal injury claims and regularly represents clients in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. He has a particular interest in Accidents at Work and complex personal injury claims including fatal claims. He acts for clients throughout Scotland, assisting them in all aspects of Personal Injury work.

David represents members a number of Trade Unions, providing advice to both members and officials of those Unions on all aspects of Trade Union law. He also represents his Union clients in Employment Tribunals both in Scotland and England.
