Ryan Macready is a Partner and Head of the firm’s Corporate Department.  Ryan regularly advises clients on business acquisitions and disposals, asset and share based restructuring, financial facilities, and commercial contracts.  Ryan works with a wide range of clients from small family businesses to multinational companies and has particular experience dealing with accountancy and financial services practices, across the care sector, in hospitality, and in the tech industry.  Ryan has a keen interest in intellectual property and commercial contracts and regularly advises clients on these arrangements.

Outside of work, Ryan is a trustee of Glasgow Triathlon Club and the vice chair of the Falkirk Bicycle Club.  Ryan also tutors post graduate students at the University of Strathclyde on commercial contracts and intellectual property.
