Members can simply call the freephone advice line to discuss any general legal enquiry. Dallas McMillan will also arrange a FREE 30 minute telephone call OR face to face meeting with any Accord member to discuss any legal queries they may have.

Personal Injury claims – Call 0141 471 9257

Dallas McMillan will represent all Accord members on a no win no fee basis in relation to any personal injury claims they may have as a result of an accident at work or outside of work. As an Accord member, you will receive 100% of any compensation recovered for you.

Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority Claims

If you have suffered the trauma of being a blameless victim of a violent crime, you could be entitled to compensation from the Government’s Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA). Dallas McMillan will act on a no-win no-fee basis for any Accord member wishing to pursue such a claim.

Wills, Powers of Attorney & Conveyancing

You are also entitled to a FREE Will which Dallas McMillan will prepare for you. You will also receive a special reduction of 25% of all fees on conveyancing (house sale and purchase) and the preparation of Powers of Attorney.
